First ever show in HUNGARY announced, and what better way to debut in this country than to be part of the “Gary Moore Memorial Concert” in the capital city of Budapest!

Florence Miller Agency is very happy to announce that Ben Poole (UK) is confirmed to take part in the “6th International Gary Moore Memorial Concert” on April 3, 2017 at the A38 Hajó in BUDAPEST amongst many other great national and international musical guests that will pay tribute to the late great Gary Moore.

Here are a few lines from Ben Poole talking about his love for Gary’s music:
“I had the pleasure and privilege of playing with Gary and getting to hang out with him a little on a few occasions before he passed away, and will treasure every one of these moments for the rest of my life. I was introduced to his music by my mother when I was about 13 years old, as she loved the song Parisienne walkways and suggested to my guitar teacher at the time that we looked at it. I was blown away by the control he had on his instrument, his tone, and his ability to play with such fire and attack one second, but such subtlety and finesse the next. I remember having posters of Gary on my bedroom wall throughout my teenage years when I lived at home, and I even ended up playing Parisienne Walkways for my A Level final performance piece at school. The Blues Alive album recorded in Paris in 1992 still stands as one of my top 5 favorite albums of all time. To advance in my career as I went on to do, and have the opportunity to stand next to the great man trading licks, was an honor and dream come true, and now to have the opportunity to participate in the Gary Moore Memorial is yet another of these things. I am truly grateful for all of this. May Gary’s music live on in our hearts for many years to come.”
